Electronic-grade ammonia (NH3), also known as high-purity ammonia, is a colorless gas widely used in the semiconductor industry for the production of electronic components. It is required in the cleaning and etching processes during the manufacturing of microchips, flat-panel displays, and certain photovoltaic solar cells.
