Mechanism of action:
Eco Yucca™ is a product designed to minimize toxic gases and ammonia. Saponin, the primary component of Yucca schidigera, has been repeatedly proven by research to be a highly effective natural ammonia binder. The reaction between the saponins in Eco Yucca™ and ammonia molecules in the water reduces the free ammonia levels over a relatively short period. Eco Yucca™ is formulated with top-quality yucca that has a high saponin content, making it particularly effective at binding ammonia compared to other competing products on the market.
However, to permanently reduce ammonia levels in aquaculture ponds, the source of ammonia must be addressed. In many cultivation environments, the accumulation of organic waste, manure, and excess feed contributes to these toxic gas levels. To eliminate these sources, Eco Yucca™ is equipped with a combination of anaerobic Bacillus strains.

Usage instructions:
Timing of application: Ammonia toxicity is a challenging condition that often undermines the health of fish/shrimp in aquaculture ponds. To proactively mitigate these risks, Eco Yucca™ should be applied correctly at the beginning of your season.
Method of application:
Add the product directly to the water without any additional supplementation.
Dosage:

For prevention: 1 kg per 4,000 m². Apply twice a week.

For rapid treatment: 5 kg per 4,000 m². Apply daily.
Usage conditions:

Ensure water temperature is above 7.2°C.

Effectiveness may decrease if the temperature is below 7.2°C.

Maintain water pH between 5.5 and 9.5 (optimal at 7.5).

Distribute the powder evenly throughout the pond for maximum effectiveness.

Aeration can be combined with the probiotics before mixing into feed for better results.

Store in a cool, dry place at temperatures between 10°C and 38°C.
